Year End/Quarterly Information
- Let us know if you are going to have extra payroll runs and/or bonus runs so we know when to process your quarterly reports.
- Have your employees verify their info is correct and up to date, double check for missing SSN's and addresses.
- We charge $.03 per W-2 to stuff and seal.
- Please fax or mail in a copy of your new SUI rate changes for the upcoming year.
- Let us know if you have any special items that need to be included in the last payroll of the year (e.g. Personal use auto).
- Please do not have your employees call us directly with W-2 questions, or any other payroll issues; we cannot give information to them. We can only speak with the designated payroll contact for security reasons.
